- Computerworld, reporting from Cisco Live in Las Vegas last week, shares a preview from a Cisco executive indicating that the Flip ultralight camcorder
will get wifi, perhaps by Christmas, and adding, "We didn't buy Flip to have it be only a video recorder." (I'll just start writing to Santa, then, and ask them to add 1080p while they're in there.)
- In the meantime, prices have been slashed on the 1080p, widescreen-capable Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera
, now just $129 on Amazon, a $50 reduction.

Online video update: Flip cameras to get wifi, and low Kodak zi8 prices
